Returns & Exchanges
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Our designs are all printed on demand so for this reason, we will only return items if they are defective, or damaged, so make sure you're deciding on the correct size and color.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, some of the product images in our store may be increased in size for clarity. Also, colors may look different on your actual product than what you see on your computer monitor, or mobile phone screen. An item that appears to have a change in the actual design size, or color, will not be considered a misprint, damaged, or defective item.
If you need to return an item for the same item due to damages, we require an email be sent to email@example.com with pictures of the damage, proof of purchase, and the customer send the damaged item to the return address on the package it was received it in!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Except for reasons stated below, all sales are final.
Please make sure you double check your order(s) before submitting. Our designs are printed on demand, so for this reason, we will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer returns, or exchanges, on items due to incorrect sizing, change of heart on design, color, etc.
If you received a misprinted, damaged, or defective product and need to exchange it for the same thing, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damage. Then send the physical product(s) to Printify. The return address is labeled on the package you received. All items will be replaced with the same item, in the same color with no exceptions.
You will be responsible for any/all return shipping costs. Shipments outside of the US may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is the customers responsibility.
